- What training is available for you? 
- Is it an open or close system or more specifically can you export/import STL 
- Can the scanner communicate with 3rd Party X-Ray Machines/Conebeam 
- What support arrangements do you have for software and hardware? 
- If a technician has to come on site where are they coming from and what costs am I looking at? 
- What is the typical response time during the week and availability during weekends? 
- How do I calibrate the scanner and mill? 
- What do I do if the scanner is not communicating with the network/ milling machine?
